1. What Bid IQ is

Bid IQ Auto is a decision-support tool for licensed dealers and wholesalers. It estimates vehicle values, repair costs and a suggested maximum bid from public listings, the information you enter, and AI analysis.

2. Estimates, not guarantees

Every number Bid IQ shows is an estimate. Values can be wrong, comps can be incomplete, and photos can hide damage. Bid IQ is not an appraisal, inspection, or financial advice. You are responsible for every bid you place and every vehicle you buy. Always read the condition report, announcements and vehicle history before bidding.

3. Your account

The beta is invite-only. Keep your login private and don't share your account. We may pause or remove access at any time during the beta.

4. Your data

We store what you enter (VINs, bids, deals, sale prices and your settings) to run the service and to measure and improve Bid IQ's accuracy. Your deals are private to your account. We may use anonymized, combined data (with no dealer or customer identified) to improve valuations. We don't sell your personal information.

5. Auction sites

Bid IQ is not affiliated with OPENLANE, IAA, Copart, ADESA or any auction. The browser extension only reads the listing page you have open, in your own browser, so it can fill in the VIN, km and grade. Use auction sites according to their own terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Bid IQ Auto is not liable for losses from purchases, bids or decisions made using the service. The service is provided as-is during the beta.
